I had a total of 2 Phone Interviews, each call was with a different member of the team. I was asked questions like why tesla, why program management, past experiences, previous tools made/used during program management. It was pretty casual and did not get questions related to the engineering side of the team or job, but that could happen.

It wasnt very easy, all questions for the 1st round itself were technical.you need to make sure ypu answer in depth and remember what you have answered because all the questions are connected to each other
30 min video interview going over resume and experience within the automotive industry going over past project, technical skills etc. Went over importance of documentation, communication and collaboration as well as described what the role was about.

A second and final round with the senior hiring manager, where they delved into my projects and program management capabilities.
