I applied online. I interviewed at Tesla (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Some parts of the technical interview felt rushed and poorly structured.
You may want to clarify the interview format upfront before starting.
Given the pace, I was not provided enough time to fully read and process each question.
Even during my answers, the interviewer appeared distracted, which made the discussion feel less professional.
Role candidates should be prepared for a rigid format and ask for time to think through questions.

Interview
Lengthy, silly, annoying. They had a lot of questions that didn't feel relevant. Felt really unappreciated and just like another cog in the wheel. No I did not have to meet with Elon.
