It’s a technically focused interview with many questions on core computer science concepts. Overall, it was a straightforward if meets job requirements and interviewer was nice throughout the interview process

Question 1
What is the difference between a process and thread
Recruiter reached out to me to answer some questions for the team
I answered the questions, sent it back within an hour, and they took 2 weeks to get back to me just to get rejected...
I asked around on discord and found that 2 other people were rejected for the role after they were sent the email.
What company rejects candidates that frequently after a screening email? Atleast have the decency to get back to me quick, and not waste my time for 2 weeks straight preparing for the interview.
