Backward interview process, they just invited a large group of 30-40 random people off the street without even screening them and had us sit in a room doing group exercises, and asking us dumb questions like “if you could be any animal which animal would you be”, going around the group and taking turns answering the question. I was trying not to laugh. We did go for a drive in a Tesla though which was interesting!

First you do an interview with a recruiter and then you do a virtual interview or an in person interview with the sales manager. First one is typically a phone screen and the second one is more of a star formatted interview.
very difficult to win when they're so on point in a game that defeats the interviewer, why have I had so many jobs, and I could not say because "no one has ever really paid me enough to stay.
Interview process was very simple, which only required 2 steps. You speak with the recruiter and then in person with the hiring managers. Within the next 2-3 days you will find out if you got hired.
