      Case Manager Interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Terry Bryant

      Interview

Very drawn out interview process. First two interviews were done with a group of multiple interviewees and we were required to take tests and conduct the conversation portion of the interview in the same group. Went to three total interviews. Upon request for a fourth interview (About a month into the process) I withdrew my application in lieu of a better offer. I was informed by multiple interviewers that the firms staff has "working lunches" where lunch is provided/catered but the staff must eat at their desk and continue working. That in conjunction with the drawn out hiring process really impacted my decision to not proceed with the interview process.
