Interview was about 1 hour, they go through a series of questions. The first part of the interview is mainly cultural based questions to see if you would fit into their organization. The remaining half is technical questions on object oriented concepts and general software design patterns. I was asked to describe some concepts on a whiteboard, and then questions were asked off the whiteboard description I gave. There was also a small tech test done in front of them.
