The State of Tennessee conducted the first interview with a panel of four participants; which included the Director of the Division, Human Resources Talent Manager, the Manager of the Division, and the Manager of Public Relations. The interview consisted of questions in regards to work ethic and experience, situaltional scenarios, and career goals. The second interview was conducted one on one with the Manager of the Division to go into further details about the job duties and responsibilities of the position. The third and final interview was with the Commissioner of the Department to discuss the Departments mission and vision.
