      Interview

There are three rounds of interview for this position. It starts with a basic introductory call from the HR. Wherein, they first inform about the position, understand your expectation and see whether or not you are fit to the organization. The second round involves a managerial interview. This can get technical based on the role you applied for. They are always seeking to understand what you will have to offer when you join the team. You can be expecting questions like 'what are your current coursework, who do you think that will help us in the role that you will be inclined to?'. The Managerial round is the make or break round. Once you have cleared it, you are almost through the process. The third and the final round will include a senior leader talking and interviewing you on basic communication, leadership qualities, while assessing your soft skills. This is relatively the easier of the lot.
