In person interview that lasted over a hour. This was in front the commercial sales manager, industrial sales manager and the current rep that was retiring. Then a half day ride along to familiarize yourself with the day to day of the job

They asked me why I chose my major in college and why I was pursuing a position in sales.
Routine interview with various layers of people on-site. Open and candid about the role and questions were typical. HR screening up front and peer-level input as well as supervisor. Nice facility and process.
