First contacted by recruiter, seemed interested after our convo, waits 6 weeks with no feedback, posts role and then encourages me to apply. Interview with hiring manager who basically takes entire time talking about their teams issues (asking basically 1 question). Meet with 1 team member for another interview, good proper technical interview. Both interviewers say next step is an onsite. Then strong along with no updates, checking in every 10 days or so. Another 6 weeks go by and then get feedback another candidate is selected.
