It was a 30 minute interview. The interviewer was friendly and easy going although I was still a bit nervous. They asked about availability and if I was willing to drive long distance to some communities, which I said yes. I was hired the same day.

The interview process was a little too casual and seemed unprofessional, as it was held in a noisy Starbucks. That was a first for me. The interviewer was pleasant, although she gave the impression she was not very interested in me right off the bat.

They make sure you have current real estate license and off you go and ask you about what experience you have and so on and they BS you by telling you that a lot of people get hired directly with one of the home builders which NEVER happens for anyone~
