The interview is broken into 3 steps- an email test, a phone interview and a face to face interview. The email test is a basic scenario test on how you would react to angry customers. The phone interview is incredibly short and is mostly them describing the company and the daily operations.

The application process was easy and they responded fairly quickly. Once they reached out, an interview was scheduled soon after. The first interview was over the phone and lasted about 15 minutes. The questions asked were pretty typical and were aimed and getting to know me and my experience in relation to the position.
