Very casual. The interviewers already knew who I was and we know many of the same people, Very kind and laid back. They just wanted to make sure that I knew everything I would be teaching and that I had all of the information I needed.

Interview
Pretty easy going. A quick phone interview with the President. Then a meeting with the President and members of the Personnel Committee. Lastly, a sit down with the Rabbi. It was all very cordial. No big surprises. No surprise questions or drug screening. No hidden traps. No awkward silences. No lingering glances. There were snacks, though. Which was nice.
