Our sales team is growing quickly and we have added team members with a variety of career backgrounds and experience. Our most recent 5 hires included 3 new team members with 2 years post-university experience, and 2 with over 20 years experience. We tend to focus on finding sales people with the characteristics we are looking for regardless of experience.
We offer competitive compensation including significant base salaries, commission and bonus plans and an excellent benefits plan. Our team is amazing and our culture is second to none. I am sorry this wasn’t your experience with the interview process and we will continue to strive to improve.
