Telluride Ski Resort interview questions

The interview was conducted over the phone with one supervisor of the ski instructors. He was very friendly and the conversation was comfortable and easy! You essentially answer a series of questions about yourself and essentially provide your interests in the position and describe what you can offer as a ski instructor. The process follows a typical educator interview where you discuss your previous experiences and why you are a qualified candidate for the position.

Very easy phone interview. I applied online, got a phone call within a few weeks. The interview was very easy going, where are you from ex. it was more like a conversation. I just got a phone call, didn't realize it was an interview until the middle. Very short, about 5 minutes or so.
