TeleTracking Customer Success Manager (CSM) interview questions

I applied online and, instead of being asked for my availability, I was simply sent an interview time. It wasn't a huge deal, but it felt a little one-sided. My conversation with HR went really well. They told me they thought I was a strong candidate, said they'd be recommending me to move forward, and even gave me their cell number in case I had any questions. A week later I texted to check in. No response. The following week I sent an email. Still nothing. It's now been more than three weeks, and I noticed the position was reposted. I completely understand that companies move in different directions or choose another candidate, but I think candidates deserve a response especially after being encouraged to stay in touch. That was the most disappointing part of the experience for me.
