I interviewed with three different managers from various sales teams in the office, and also with the top office manager who oversaw all sales teams. It was not overly rigorous, I felt it was very fair and I was hired onto the sales team that ended up being exactly right for my personality and skill set.

Quick and simple, whenever you get an interview. I applied in May and got an interview in August. It's a good thing they offered me more money than the current job I got while waiting for an interview.
