Phone screening then long phone call, mostly going over my resume and talking about my projects. More of a friendly conversation then anything else. Heard back pretty fast within each round. If I were to make it to the next round, would have been in person.

Interview
30-45 minute phone screening (behavioral, get to know you), 2-3 hour phone conversation (more get to know you), 4 hour on-site interview. The on-site interview consist of learning how their motors work and troubleshooting problems (physics, mechanics) for 2-3 hours and then debugging code for the last 30 minutes.

After a two hour phone interview they brought me to their headquarters for a five hour in person interview. For the first three hours the quizzed me on servomotor controls that I had never seen before. The next two hours were more of a traditional interview.
