Stage 1 is the Product design assignment. We were asked to submit a product and improve its design (or efficiency if applicable). Time allotted was 3 hours. Assignment had to be submitted in form of a 2-5 page report. Stage 2 is Twitter Interview. We were asked questions related to our submissions by Tega employees worldwide using predefined hash tags.
