I interviewed at Technical Resources International
Interview
Screening questions were given via email by HR then I was told the entire process would include an attention to detail test, writing test, followed by an interview with the hiring managers and then a reference check which must include your current supervisor before an offer would be made. They made me do both tests which I passed just to not move me onto the hiring manager round. HR and the woman who proctored the attention to detail test were both very nice but why waste there time like that for candidates you don’t even want to interview. I think I dodged a bullet because their other reviews are absolute garbage.

Interview
The interview process was easy they had 3 steps. Phone screening, 1 on 1, then talking to the hiring managers. It was 3 people interviewing at the last round. Which they were easy. You get to talk to the team.

There was an initial 15 minute interview with the HR partner and then a 45 minute interview with the team. Very general questions based on your background, why you are interested in the company, where you see yourself in 5 years, and what is a weakness of yours.
