When considering candidates for a developer position, we try to assess their skills by giving them an assignment with some specific expectations. In particular, we look for: - The ability to solve problems and figure things out independently (resourcefulness) - A positive attitude and enthusiasm to solve problems and get things done in the best way possible - How a candidate deals with challenging situations like “we don’t have design assets ready” for example We are so proud of our amazing team and we’re always looking for amazing people to join the team. These types of questions help us find those great candidates.
