I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TechDigital Corporation (Shillong) in Dec 2023
Interview
Since this is a night shift job, the interview was scheduled for 7 p.m. Overall, there were two rounds of interviews. The first round was a video interview, where we were asked about questions about recruitment, our problem solving abilities, etc. In the second round, we were interviewed by the assistant manager. This round was more of a personality assessment. The assistant manager also discussed the specific challenges of working the night shift and assessed our readiness to handle them.
The process is very simple. After you apply, they will email you to fix a date to go to their office. They will ask for introduction and they will just ask you basic questions about Programming

Interview
One phone call with recruiter and one onsite interview with CEO. Interviews were more like pitches than an evaluation of skill or fit. Company is unwilling to pay for employees during 8-12 week training process, expects relocation without covering more than travel costs, has a poorly-written offer contract that may threaten employee's financial welfare, and is unwilling to provide accessibility as required by ADA. Apply at your own risk.
