The interview process is too lengthy and salaries are too low for freshers, minimum salaries for graduates need to be offered by such companies value should be given to the degree as well along with tech skills and communication skills.

they asked basic questions and conducted aptitude test and its good , but im not able to solve the problems at that time , its 2 rounds of discussions only i dropped at 1st round only
