First round - telephonic, second round- face to face, third round - HR, fourth round - project manager, 5th round - HR for salary discussion, i undergone technical rounds as well, like troubleshooting Outlook issues
Easym simple. Barely an interview, as long as you are willing and can type, they'll hire you.
