Have you fill out a paper application if you haven't already then ask you a number of questions about your past employment.
In case I can't get this in anywhere else that whatever happens with your interview process whether you do great and get an evaluation period or you don't do so well in their judgement George Washington Toma will ghost you. After the interview or evaluation day is over you can depend to never hear back from this company ever again unless you actually got the job. No matter how many emails or phone calls you send their way with thank you's or inquiries the messages will remain unanswered and the phone lines will go straight to voicemail. Completely unprofessional for a company to string a prospective employee along like this until they give up. There is a silver lining though do you really want to work for a company that does this to applicants? How bad do you think the internal working of the company are if they treat applicants like trash?
