Team Rustic interview questions

It's a weird one. They expect you to do a 2 man job and pay you just for a single man. They said staying past office hours is what they expect. (I'm sorry for having a personal life.) Even though I had submitted my CV, they asked the same questions (profile, last job). A guy with 10+ years experience doesn't need this kinda of immaturity to begin with. The company is decent if you're a fresher. I personally declined the offer they proposed.
