Team Locum interview questions

I applied online through a job search engine and got a call 3 days later. I was interviewed by 2 company executives; Managing Director and a Sales Director. The questions they gave me were not too hard to answer and they offered me a work trial as recruitment isn't for everyone. At the work trial the Consultants and Directors were extremely supportive and gave me useful insights of what the job actually involves. The tasks of the job is to mainly enter data of work shifts into the In-House computer database/system and call registered candidates about their work availability. The trial was a great positive experience and I had always wanted to work in an extremely challenging work environment especially in recruitment sector. However I'm not going to lie; the job is extremely difficult to comprehend and you need to be able to work under pressure in a VERY fast paced environment. This job overall surprised me and the Directors in a positive light; they were so impressed with the skills I demonstrated they decided to offer the job to me on the spot!

Called on the phone; Sent in CV; Face to face interview with three people - simple questions with a bit of competency questions such as what is your weakness. People are friendly. Whole process took two days.
