Interview

Interview
The interview process was one of the most comfortable I've ever had. Blair was so friendly and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. She did not judge my answers but went off of them and contributed to my thoughts which made me feel like I was not in scrutiny but could be more open with my thought process.

Interview
The interview is simple and straight forward. They want to get to know you, and are looking for a charismatic and take charge personality. You just get asked a bunch about your background in teaching and then you get asked some hypothetical classroom questions about behavior and technique.
