I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Taylor & Francis Group (Oxford, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
I applied through their online portal and was contacted for an interview. I was then asked for a final round interview. Both were with the editor in question and another colleague. There were a lot of competency based questions, a prioritization task, and some general questions. There were many questions about the list, their competition in the market, and how the company is set up.
It was good. The recruiter was kind and understanding. She was also very patient when I was trying to answer . It was well structured . I am grateful for this opportunity I got.

Interview
1 HireView video recording and then 1 Zoom interview. Both asked many situational questions, the first less publishing-related explicitly and the second more so. Also asked basic competency-based questions about the office environment.
