One in person interview where I was able to meet with a couple of the leaders in the company. Then there was one brief phone interview before an offer.

Very straight-forward: I had a phone screen with my manager, met him in-person (at an off-site location early so that I could keep my job search confidential!), and received an offer about a week after I had that first call. Initially I was hesitant due to a couple negative reviews on this site, but decided to take the plunge because my manager and I clicked pretty well in the interviews. The risk was COMPLETELY worth it and this has been the best company I've ever worked with.
