TaxAssist Accountants interview questions

Partner will do the interview. They will ask you about the experience and asked some questions related to accounts and tax. They will ask you about the software you have used previously and your experties tax area.

Practice assessment in writing a letter to client, and in dealing with an angry client. Also asked general questions too and following the assessment discussed the approach. They have a benchline mark and go through the answers with you. Also tested on preparing Self employed accounts per UK tax rules. In person meeting and very strict with clothing, i.e the tie needed to be done with a tight knot and the top button to my shirt needed to be done. Told by recruiters that most people failed due to clothing faults.
