Tate Engineering interview questions

The interview was set up into 3 stages and progressed quickly. HR interview was 1st, an interview with my direct supervisor 2nd, and finally with the Executive Team. Once that was completed, I received an offer within 2 days.

The position was brought to my attention by a hiring agency, who arranged for the time and date of the interview. That process was easy and painless. My former place of employment was closing and Tate asked why. I gave them a straightforward answer and they placed a printout from a local newspaper article written about the closing. That was very unprofessional and told me everything I needed to know about them.
