Interview
I received a phone call from the HR Manager, who was very helpful and friendly. She made the whole process very comfortable and painless. I met with her first, then the VP/Business Development Manager, and then the President. Everyone was open and engaging, and very interested in my ideas and background.

Question 1
One of the questions they asked was if I could work independently, and this has been a key to my success at Tata & Howard, as they do expect their team members to be self-starters with their own ideas who can manage their own workload. It's a perfect fit for me, as I prefer a lot of autonomy. People who are not able to self-manage could potentially struggle here.
