The first round of interview was Telephonic Interview followed by a Skype Interview after a month for technical skill sets , Face to Face Interview which was for an hour and then HR round for salary discussion.

interview was like walk-in type.
it took almost two days for screening entire candidates for the posts
they took cad test for the selected candidates
then again HR round for the discussion.
