Interview
Assessment days- literacy and numeracy, risk aversion and psychometric testing. If you pass that there is a group assessment day where you are run through prison scenarios and do group work activities, as well as give a short speech on a topic with 5 minutes to prepare. Once you have passed that there is a panel interview, and once you have been accepted a medical and fitness test.
