Very corporate with multiple phone calls from multiple different people. It’s pretty easy to ace the interview if you have good references, they will contact your references. No stage shifts at Tartine either
Never heard back about an interview after connecting via email. Not sure if this ran deeper within the company but didn't seem like they had their stuff together. I ended up dropping it after getting in touch several more times and never ended up hearing back.
