3 part process.
1. Submission of CV - try to stand out from the rest
2.Site tour and questions - for them to gauge individual interest and personality
3. psychometric test, group activity, individual task - to determine aptitude and how you work in a group / individual setting

questions about pumps i.e how they work and different types, bearings i.e. what types, would you use ball bearings or rollers in specific situation, and plc's, my intersts, why tarmac etc.
