TargetSpot interview questions

I don't mind company that go MIA after first interview, but with Target spot, i did three interviews, HR interview, another one with head of sales, and final one with a senior account manager. All three went very smoothly then i heard nothing back from then even after I reached out asking for any update. If I dedicated time out of my schedule to meet with many people from the company, at least they could have replied to my emails even with a basic rejection email.

Thorough but fair and asked about cultural fit. Focused on my programmatic experience and if I have ran teams before. Understood the Canadian market and that buys are somewhat different then that of the US
