Applied online and was contacted and screened by Human Resources. Next step was a personality assessment, followed by a microsoft teams interview, and was finally brought in for an in-person interview and tour of the facilities.

If you get shortlisted, they will call you. Following that, they will send a Google Meet link and ask questions about your abilities. They will ask about the introduction and then they will ask about the current role in the previous company.

Bland and the interviewers did not seem to be invested in the process. It was a shame because the company seemed to be on its way up. A lot of journal entry questions on reclassing variances.
