I found this UX Designer job at Talos 360, Europe’s top-rated mid-tech company. The IT Recruitment Business Manager scheduled two calls but never followed through. After chasing, we finally spoke, and he promised to send my CV to the hiring manager.
Days later, I followed up—calls, texts, emails—no response. If this is how they operate, I wouldn't want to work there anyway.

They asked generic questions, like my salary expectations and for more details about the work I do.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Talos360
Interview
talk with HR on the phone for 45ish minutes to go over experience and what I was looking for in a role and to tell me about the role. a piece of coursework to do at home relevant to the role. technical interview with 2 developers i would be working with. a team lead and a senior developer, lasting 60 minutes. then phone chat with CTO lasting 20/30 minutes, talking technologies and in general what I like in a job
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Talos360 (Warrington, North West England, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
I had 2 in person interviews, completed 2 tasks and was given a tour of the office, meanwhile the in house recruiter was sending me messages that he thought I had the job but they decided to go internally instead, waste of everyone’s time, to add to this they then told me to go for another role as they really liked me and when I’d completed 2 more interviews for another role I was turned down with an email and no explanation. Seems to me there’s a lot of moving internally and jumping from department to department. Really bad experience, I do not recommend applying, which is ironic seeing as their company mission is to help recruitment processes !
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Did you have a good relationship with your previous manager?
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your interactions with us left you feeling frustrated. We strive to ensure every candidate feels respected and informed throughout the hiring process, and it's clear we missed the mark here.
We understand that going through multiple interviews and tasks without the desired outcome is disheartening, and we apologise for any miscommunication along the way. We are very passionate about developing our people internally and will always consider internal applications strongly when we receive them, but I understand how this can be frustrating when you have been interviewed a number of times for a role as we recognise how valuable your time is.
Our goal is to offer a transparent and positive experience for all candidates, and we're disappointed to hear that this wasn’t reflected in your case. We sincerely appreciate your candid input and will work closely with our hiring managers and recruitment teams to improve on the areas you have highlighted.
On behalf of Talos360 I would like to wish you luck in your search for your next role.
