First one with a recruiter, that's ok, background, experience, and all.
Second one, the interviewer is like a robot, barely greeting you, and sends you a chat with a pseudo-problem that you need to solve at the GraphQL level. I felt very uncomfortable and dehumanized.

Interview
The most concerning part of the interview was the interviewer’s attitude. The interviewer appeared impatient and dismissive at several moments, and some questions were not clearly explained. When clarification was needed, the responses were not very helpful, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating. The interview also started late without any acknowledgment or apology.
The process itself was extremely long, and the final technical challenge had unrealistic expectations for the time provided. It included multiple requirements that were practically impossible to complete within the allotted time.
On the positive side, the technical topics themselves were relevant and aligned with real-world frontend challenges, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was significantly undermined by the interviewer’s conduct and the unrealistic scope of the final exercise.

Question 1
The interview covered a range of frontend engineering topics, including:
- JavaScript fundamentals such as event loop behavior and closures
- React concepts, including component rendering, performance considerations, and strategies to avoid unnecessary re-renders
- Testing practices, particularly unit testing with Jest
- General frontend architecture and problem-solving discussions
- Differences between REST APIs and GraphQL and when each approach might be preferable

Buena entrevista, se comunicaron con claridad y mantuvieron la transparecencia en todo el proceso de reclutamiento. Desde el primer contacto tenia certeza del sueldo y scope de trabajo. Todo se hizo de manera virtual, sin entrevista presencial pero el puesto era hibrido
