Interviewed with them 3 months ago. The interview was very easy and the person I spoke to mostly talked about the role. I was told I would move to the 2nd interview, but I haven’t heard from them since and it’s been 3 months. I didn’t follow up because the pay was too low. As someone who works in recruiting, I judge every company’s interview process because that’s the dept I would be working for. So the lack of communication from the company is very telling and not someone I’d want to work for.
I received a quick response days after applying! The interviews were interesting and conversational, where I could really tell that the employers cared about me as a person and genuinely wanted to make sure I was a good fit for the available position. It was an overall smooth and great experience compared to other job application processes I've gone through in the past.

Question 1
In your work experience, what is an achievement you're proud of?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Talentcare
Interview
I had three total interviews with this company. Each interview went over the scheduled time. I quickly had the next interview set up following the previous one, almost as if they were rushing me through the interview process. I felt like each interview went well and the conversation/connections seemed to be friendly and engaging. I was asked to provide three references and gave them the best references based on each category they were asking for. I know that the company did speak with my references because my references told me they had good conversations with them. I thought I was going to get an offer, especially since they did spend 2 hours checking on my references and then I never heard another word from this company. I didn't even get an automatic rejection or anything like that. I tried to follow-up and got no where with that. What poor communication that they can't even take 2 minutes to send a no thank you email to the candidates.

Thank you for the feedback on your interview experience. It is uncommon for our candidates to receive no response from our team, and we regret to hear that was your experience. We wish you all the best in your career and hope you landed somewhere amazing!
