I talked to an AI, so it wasn't that nice. I honestly thought it was a fake posting but I'm wondering what it be like so I'm not too sure. about it. I felt okay, I'm just not too sure about it. I would rather be interviewed by a human.

They used an AI callbot to conduct the interview. While the questions were pretty standard (tell us about a time you had to use a new tool, a challenge, etc), I feel like talking on the phone to something not human made the interview feel very weird and impacted my ability to answer questions well. I'm sure they also use this method to screen lots of applicants for each role and have no doubt they also use AI methods to gauge your answers. A real human probably won't see your application or interview answers until well near the final decision point.
