Because I value professional commitments, I actively rescheduled my personal plans and canceled an upcoming trip to ensure my availability for the interview block they requested. A day after scheduling, the company abruptly canceled the process, stating they suddenly realized they do not hire candidates pursuing further education. When I pointed out that they had sourced my profile themselves and that this lack of internal screening caused me to waste personal time and resources, the communication from their HR representative became completely defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional. For a recruitment agency that claims to specialize in sourcing and placement, this shows a severe lack of basic internal coordination, poor pre-screening, and a complete disregard for a candidate's personal and professional life. I would caution other job seekers to be careful with their time when dealing with this agency.
