Phone screening with the hiring manager. Explained to her my skills working in QC, but she kept referring to my skills in R&D. It's pretty clear that there was a miscommunication. However, the interviewer kept insisting that I was not prepared for this role because QC is a "different work environment" which I already understood. Eventually said I'm not interested since I didn't want to waste any more of my time.

The interview was the first round consultation. The interviewer was respectful but went through what seemed like scripted questions fairly quickly. I felt I asked insightful questions but we still concluded our time after only ~10 minutes.
