Interview
After running through a marathon of interviews like HR screening, manager round, Excel and email tests, psychological assessments, yet another HR grilling, and finally the grand showdown with the General Manager,you wait. A week passes, then another. No update, no closure, not even a polite rejection. You follow up, only to be met with silence. In the end, you’re forced to assume you weren’t selected, but they won’t even give you a timeline for when to give up hope. A drawn out process that ends, not with clarity, but with ghosting.

HR screening about past experience, General weakness strength question, Technical round with manager specific to the role and education, Excel test with few lookup and advance function, Email drafting assessment, psychometric test and HR interview about your ability to lead based on assessment and again final round with CEO/CFO/GM as the case may be

they have various rounds of interviews and it can be quiet time consuming. first there was a Telephone interview, then Manager Interview, Then technical interview or on site interview with excel and word along with in-office manager interviews and then HR interview
Colloquio tramite teams, svolto dapprima con un recruiter esterno e poi passato per due fasi di selezione. La prima parte con la recruiter è una parte meramente conoscitiva, per vedere se efficace il tuo profilo è adatto. La seconda parte è un colloquio in inglese con alcuni della sede centrale dislocata a new York
