It was a multi-stage selection process involving multiple managers, including those from other countries. The first stage was with HR, followed by an interview with the Country Manager for the role I had applied for. Then, I met with two future colleagues, and finally, I did a mock pitch with my manager and one from a different country. It was an interesting and very enriching experience.
