Lighthearted talk, you have to solve a couple of questions and talk about the results. Programming and critical thinking is required. They were really nice people who are fun to be around.

Interview
Three rounds of interviews, 30 mins each. The interviewers are all very nice, young and make you feel at ease. Simple questions, mostly about yourself and the company. At the end of each round you are given a brief feedback.
