I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TRULY360
Interview
In-person interview that is easy to schedule. Interviewer is usually the "management" immediately below the CEO who comes off as a nice guy, or whoever is "head" of sales at the moment who is also a pretty nice guy. Basic questions.
The CEO only comes around as he pleases, so after the initial interview, he makes you send a video of yourself so he can watch at home instead of meeting you in person. Apparently, many people who make it through the in-person interview don't end up making the odd "make me a video describing yourself" part. I have heard of their group panel version, where they they sit you for an "interview" in front of a bunch of (unqualified) associates they intend for you to work with, and just talk to you. Then when you leave, they chitchat about whether or not they liked your outfit and how boring you are to them.
