      Engineer Interview

      Apr 4, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Singapore
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TRT (Singapore) in Mar 2024

      Interview

The process felt a bit unclear. I was asked to provide a significant amount of personal and professional information. I progressed to speaking with the manager or team lead, which seemed promising, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any follow-up communication after that stage. Given that I was already at round 4 out of 5, a simple update or closure would have been appreciated. Transparent communication goes a long way in maintaining a positive candidate experience.

      Question 1

They asked me to elaborate on my experience with, which was a key requirement in the job description. It was a relevant question that aligned with the role’s responsibilities, and I was able to provide detailed examples from my past experience.
